Our Manufacturing Process

Six engineered stages between steel coil and your construction site.

Pre-painted aluminium-zinc and galvanised coils arrive at the factory, inspected for thickness, coating weight and colour consistency.

Coil is fed through precision roll-forming mills that shape box profile, corrugated and tile patterns to factory tolerances.

Pre-painted finish is protected; cut edges are sealed. Stone-coated tiles receive a basalt granule layer for UV and weather resistance.

Hydraulic shears cut each sheet to the exact customer length — from 1.5 m up to 12 m — with clean square ends.

Every bundle is checked for profile depth, length, and surface defects, then strapped and protected for transport.

Bundles load directly to our trucks for same-day dispatch across Nairobi and countrywide delivery to your site.
